Week 22

I can't believe we are over half way there!

We are leaving for the beach today and we are so excited! This will probably be our last big vacation before Madi is here so we are ready to live it up! Hope you guys have a great week!

Madi's New Bedding

I ordered this bedding the day we found out our little girl was on the way. I had already been looking at beddng for boys and girls just to get an idea of what I wanted. I couldn't find a lot of girl bedding that I liked, but I really loved this one and it was on sale! Her nursery will be red, brown and whte. I can't wait to order the furniture and get this process going! Only 4 months until she is here!

Madisyn James Faucett

We have a name for our new baby girl! Her name will be Madisyn James Faucett. We both love the name Madisyn and the name James runs through both of our families. It feels so real now!

I think we picked out baby furniture this weekend and her bedding should be in this week. Now that we are at the half way point and we know it's a girl, I feel like I need to get moving on her room! Plus it is a good distraction from all the cute baby girl clothes that I want to buy.

Here is the bedding. I'm waiting for it to come in just to make sure that it is exactly what I want.

Our Baby Girl!

Everything went perfect at the doctor yesterday! We couldn't have been more excited when we were told our baby was going to be a girl. She will be spoiled before she even makes it into this world!
Everything else at the doctor went great too. I am measuring exactly where I should be and slowly, but surely gaining a little weight each visit. Every time we go to the doctor it is such a relief to have someone tell you that your baby is healthy and doing great! I don't know why I doubt that God is taking care of us. He has proven to us on so many occasions that he's got this! We just need to sit back and trust him!

Week 18

This week Baby Faucett is the size of a Sweet Potato!


Your fetus has become amazingly mobile (at least compared to you), passing the hours yawning, hiccuping, rolling, twisting, kicking, punching, sucking and swallowing. And, baby's finally big enough that you'll be able to feel those movements soon.

1 week from today we find out if it is a boy or girl!
