2010 School Picture

11 Months Old

Here are my sorry attempts at our 11 month pictures. This little girl is on the move and will not sit still for a second! She is learning and exploring new things everyday. Now she loves to open all the cabinets, clear off all surfaces in her reach, pull the dish towel off the stove and take her shoes and clothes off when she can. She loves to say Momma, DaDa, Oh and Yeah. We have our hands full, but couldn't ask for a better little girl. She brings a smile to our face every single day!

She is liking her new shoes too. We had to find some that lace up so she won't take them off!

Sleepy Girl

Madi's naps have started getting later during the day lately. I think she is slowly moving to only having one nap a day. It hits her at lunch almost every day! Her sweet teachers send me pictures all the time of Madi passed out at lunch. She is such a funny little girl.





We have also been trying to give her more table food. Since she needs to start eating table food at a year any ways, we thought we would just go ahead and get the ball rolling. She did not have a coke icee, she only wanted to play with the cup, but she did have some chocolate milkshake this weekend. She acted like she wanted her Daddies milkshake and he handed it to her thinking she just wanted to play with it again. Little did we know, our little girl knows how to drink through a straw and got a big swig of milkshake. A smile immediately hit her face! I think she really liked it, but who wouldn't!

Just a Swinging

Our friends Joey and Joy gave us this cute little swing set for Madi. She liked the swing for a little while, but wasn't so big on the slide just yet. I'm sure she will love it once she figures out how it all works.

First Steps

We finally got video of Madi walking! I think our house is about to be turned inside out once she really gets the hang of this.

Two people have gotten on to me for not posting anything recently, so I leave you with this picture until I get my act together! Madi has taken her first steps and we have tried several times to get a picture or video and it never works out. She is growing and discovering new things everyday. I promise I will have more posts coming soon!


We were eating at Johnny Rockets with Lee, Laura and Blair when Madi decided to rub yogurt through her hair. It is always an adventure!

More Random Pictures

Had to put a baby gate up at work to keep her in my office! She is only in here about 30 minutes a day, but I find myself chasing her around for the office for those 30 minutes!


I tried to make a barrier of toys to keep her away from kitchen cabinets and the dog bowls. I didn't really work. I think it may be time for a baby gate!
